I just seen this on one of my mentor’s blogs, Matt Morris.  This video is incredibly motivational and reveals how Will Smith, along with thousands of others, became so successful.  Apply these principles for yourself or even reflect to a time when you achieved something great.  Notice that you had a burning desire to succeed, whatever it took?
