What kind of a difference would it make for your business if you and your customer support staff were a lot like the guy in this video?



Making people smile is a viral and addictive quality that rubs off naturally. Simple, yet effective, why do you think Coca-Cola used the “Coke and a Smile” slogan for so long? Kudos to the producers for making this video.
