Start Your Dream Board

Successful People Have Dream Boards

Balto Dream Board

Balto has a Dream Board

Big dreams require a broad vision of the future. Remember when you were a kid and you knew what you wanted to be when you grew up? You probably got sucked into the mediocrity of society and now trade your valuable time for money… just to pay bills. Ugh. What if you dare to imagine again? You probably catch yourself daydreaming from time to time where you are on a beach in Maui or running your business, setting your own hours.

Start Your Own Dream Board

Now that you know it is okay to dream, you need to feed your subconscious daily reminders of that vision. Set some tangible goals that you can measure to make your dreams come true. Set your 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year and 5 year goals. Then put up a cork-board or designate a wall as your dream board. Start pinning pictures of the things you want on your new dream board.

Jerokiah Dream Board

Start of Dream Board

In this picture, I have included a photo of the beginning phase of my dream board. There are pictures of vacation spots for 2012, a car I will own in a few years, and lots of clearly defined (written-out) goals with timelines. These goals are flexible and can be adjusted, but they must be written down to keep yourself accountable.

The Key is to Start Your Dream Board, it Doesn’t Have to Be Perfect, it Just Has to Exist!

Once you have your dream board started and put up in a place where you will see it everyday, you will find yourself that much more driven and motivated to do Whatever It Takes to fulfill those dreams of yours. You deserve it!

Your dreams may change or vary from time to time, which is why you can easily replace images or add to the existing ones. The purpose of your dream board is just to keep your vision alive and well in front of your eyes on a consistent basis. Never give up on your dreams!

Using Attraction Marketing

Positive Network Marketing Attraction

Jerokiah on Attraction MarketingYou have probably heard it said that the law of attraction states: You attract like-minded people. If you are negative, think negative and blame others for your situation, you will attract more negative to your life and business. The opposite is just as true. Those with a positive mindset will attract positive people and business.

Seems like a simple concept, just think positive. Well, it really is, that doesn’t mean it is easy though. There are a number of factors in our environment that we cannot control. What we can control however, is how we react to negative circumstances. Here is a typical, everyday example:

You are already late for work but making good time in the fast lane, when someone cuts you off abruptly!

Negative Reaction: “WTF!! That [exploitive] needs to learn how to drive, let me get next to him so I can shake my fist and flip him the bird!”

Positive Reaction: “Whoa! That was a close one, good thing I was paying attention. He probably just didn’t see me.”

Granted, I know that sounds kinda funny, but you will feel much better about yourself having shrugged it off so you can go about your day. Every minute we are mad, we cannot get that back and it just makes us feel bad.

Applying Attraction Marketing to Your Business

One of my favorite business coaches is Dani Johnson. She is a self-made multi-millionaire who has discovered and applied several successful principles to each of her businesses, which has enabled her to flourish. I will share one of them with you here, but I highly recommend you grab a copy of her new book “First Steps to Wealth“, this book allowed me to apply principles to my business with immediate results.

Dani teaches a particular skill she calls F.O.R.M. In business, you would use this method to speak with prospects about your opportunity or products. Basically, it is the same way you would speak to someone you wanted to befriend. You ask about their family, occupation, recreational activities, then tell them about yourself (or your offer). Find out what they want and offer them a solution.

This works much better than trying to ‘sell’ someone on an idea. People have a negative response to that naturally. I hope this information has been useful and will be posting again soon.

What is Network Marketing?

What Network Marketing IS NOT

Everyone on the internet has seen or used some form of network marketing or another. To understand what network marketing IS, you have to understand what it IS NOT! You have probably seen an advertisement that says something like: “All you have to do is refer 10 paying members and you will make money!” So, you thought, hey, I can do that! You joined up, got excited and lost interest after a couple of days and moved on to the next magic program. Right?

Most of the time, network marketing is interpreted as sending links and ads to warm contacts (friends and family) to get them to sign up and try your great product. That is where most people get it wrong!

What Network Marketing IS

Since you are looking to build a business, working from home, you are drawn to the power of Network Marketing. The problem is, no one has taken the time to TEACH you how; or you were unTEACHable. In order to run a successful network marketing business, you have to treat it like a business and focus on spending ‘x’ amount of hours building your business, CONSISTENTLY! Find someone in your team or company who has what you want and learn from them. They will show you how they do it, in most cases, if you are a team player, motivated, dependable and willing to work.

Notice I said you have to “treat it like a business” a moment ago. Well, if you treat it like a hobby, it will pay you like a hobby, you reap what you sow. You are building a business so you can teach others to duplicate your success and in turn grow your organization for a residual monthly income.

Network marketing, done right, allows you to work part-time or full-time and grow your business to reflect the work you put into it when you can duplicate a process and teach that process to others.

It All Starts with YOU

The first thing you need to do, if you are going to be successful, is to analyze your current state of mind. Statistics prove that 98% of the population will either be dead or dead BROKE by age 65! That leaves 2% who are financially independent. Self-made millionaire Dani Johnson (www.danijohnson.com) is a great mentor to learn from if you are SERIOUS about being in that 2% with your network marketing business. I highly recommend her new book, “First Steps to Wealth” and her Script Book.

What are you selling? Doesn’t matter really. What matters is that YOU are not looking for sales, but to build relationships. Lets face it, in this business, you want to build an organization of business leaders, right? Right! So, you need to screen your prospects and get to know them, show them your opportunity after you get a feel for what they want. 45% of the United States is looking for a way to make money online right now! This industry is on Fire!

Relationship Marketing IS Network Marketing

Once you have a good understanding of what YOU want, you will be in a position to start networking. Essentially, you are building relationships everyday without even realizing it. Out of those people, do you think you may have picked up some hints about what they are looking for and if it is something your business can offer. TIME and MONEY freedom are the biggest motivators for network marketing. Since you have the opportunity, why not share it with them? You are not selling, just simply suggesting based on an indicated interest.

Don’t have a business or an opportunity to share? I may or may not have what you’re looking for: [ MyFutureProfit.com ]
